We created a mobile app interface that helps social media influencers leverage their following to promote brick-and-mortar businesses. We collaborated with the founder to better understand user problems. With a customer focus in mind, we revamped the existing user interface designs to make them both intuitive and beautiful.

Townee came to us part way through their journey with several assets, along with some user interface already created.
Initial mockups visualized a model that would allow influencers to partner up with local businesses. Influencers would take pictures of products and connect them to social media posts, thus contributing to local marketing campaigns. As incentive, the influencer would get a complimentary product as well as a unique promo code to share with followers. More followers using the promo code would mean additional rewards for the influencer.
We met with JR and introduced new ways of thinking through his product; challenging him, looking at his competitors, and exploring technology solutions.
Most importantly, we endeavored to work through his concept from the user's perspective, not just that of the primary stakeholder.
Our expertise in app design helped JR better understand the typical user of their app. After identifying who this product serves, we focused on providing lasting value during their experience. We wanted a fun environment that would encourage user engagement and help JR's app grow.
